Re: Palin. Couldn’t be more right on. I figured out what her appeal is. She’s like a terrible car crash–you don’t want to look because you know it’s gonna be a horrible site, but you just can’t help yourself–you look anyway.

That’s the word on the street. The author description on the back jacket flap says he was doing a residency in a hospital “nothing like the one described in the book.”

I’m planning on being there. Just got the book and read the author bio. So this guy wrote this book while he was a medical internship?!

What a freaking awesome movie! Dances With Wolves on acid, never the less awesome. The only thing that ruined it was the ending. Hasn’t anybody ever figured out (even in the future), that the bad guys always come back! Either A. make them into slaves and lift that fucking gigantic tree back in it’s place by hand (even though the tree is dead), or B. put em in those space ships and blow em to smithereens, or C. make em run through the forest so those cool animals can chow down. The best part of the movie is when those flying dragon things chomped on the soldiers in planes. So I opt for C. I wanna see the humans get eaten, especially in 3D.
